Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Local Lead Finder (the “Service”), a Browzey product. By creating an account or installing the extension you agree to them.

The Service

The Service is a Chrome side-panel extension and companion web app that helps you research publicly-available Google Maps business listings as sales leads — capturing listings, scoring them against your product, finding verified business emails, and exporting. You use it on your own behalf to read information you are authorized to view in your own browser.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful B2B prospecting that you are entitled to perform.
• Do not use it to harass, spam, or send unlawful communications.
• Respect rate-limit signals; the extension pauses automatically when a source asks us to slow down. No Google Maps Platform API calls are made and no data is republished or shared across users.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or circumvent the Service’s limits.

Accounts, trials & billing

New accounts start a 7-day trial with included credits. Paid plans (Starter, Pro) and credit top-ups are billed through Stripe. Credits are consumed by paid actions (AI Verdict, Find Email). At trial expiry, paid actions pause but your saved leads, credits, and exports remain available; credits are restored on upgrade. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You retain rights to your product profile and saved leads. You are responsible for how you use exported data, including compliance with applicable marketing and data-protection laws.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. AI verdicts and email results are best-effort and may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Browzey is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
